Position: Senior Field Service Representative - High-Capacity Communications Systems (HCC)

Location: Stafford, VA

Status: Full-time Contingent

Required Qualifications:

• 5-12 years of related experience
• U.S. citizenship with an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or in a team

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management
• Experience with Electromagnetic Warfare Systems, High-Capacity Communications Systems, Tactical Communications Systems
• Defense Acquisition University courses in Defense Acquisition Management Policies and Procedures; knowledge of Electromagnetic Warfare theory for training purposes

Primary Duties:

• Provide training and maintenance support for PMO/PO systems
• Train users during system fielding by the programs
• Support system installation, troubleshooting, and de-installation activities
• Communicate incidents involving PMO equipment to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct preventative maintenance and report system status
• Assist with system fielding, installation, and integration activities
• Participate in equipment fielding and installation teams, including travel and inventory management
