Qualifications

• Production experience in Python or similar.
• Experience with APIs, microservices and cloud.
• Experience with large-scale data systems.
• Customer-embedded delivery track record.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Embed with retailers, brands and agencies to scope problems and ship production-grade code against real data.
• Prototype quickly and favor working software over slides.
• Build and integrate core platform components: APIs, services, data pipelines and user workflows across environments.
• Own what you build end-to-end: release, deploy, monitor and resolve issues.
• Turn field findings into product direction by identifying repeatable patterns.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to improve output and quality while shaping team practices.
