Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a senior Field CTO to drive AI infrastructure strategy and executive engagement in EMEA. You will shape demand, advise on technology landscapes, and lead strategic client engagements with a strong emphasis on boardroom-level influence.

In this role you will mentor senior technical talent, collaborate with partners, and position WWT as the indispensable partner for major AI infrastructure investments.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years in technology with credible AI background.
• 5+ years in a client-facing senior technical leadership role (Field CTO/CTO/VP Engineering).
• Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem and success factors.
• Commercial acumen to shape deals and position capability for business impact.
• Boardroom presence: able to present to boards, conferences and media.

Responsibilities

• Provide C-suite advisory on AI infrastructure strategy and business case inputs.
• Shape demand through executive relationships, speaking engagements and thought leadership.
• Position WWT's capabilities in pre-sales pursuits and strategic account plans.
• Advise clients on AI infrastructure landscape across hardware, software and demands.
• Develop and present WWT's point of view at industry events and partner forums.
• Collaborate with strategic partners on joint client engagements.
• Mentor and develop senior technical talent.
