Job Description:

Position: Senior Field Applications Engineer

What You'll Be Doing
  • Utilize advanced understanding of customer needs and technical leadership to champion return on engineering investment.
  • Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs, leveraging engineering and design services resources to identify and facilitate solutions.
  • Partner with sales across pre- and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
  • Attend supplier trainings and demonstrate an understanding of supplier technologies and market needs.
  • Manage expectations by building relationships with stakeholders and key decision makers.
  • Participate in strategic meetings, develop technical plans, and support design services initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
  • Degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience in electronics/semiconductor industry, particularly with MCU and/or IP&E Interconnect lines.
  • In-depth knowledge of embedded and power electronics.
  • Problem-solving skills with a new perspective using existing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and act as a resource for colleagues.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
