Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality sector with a portfolio of high-end hotels, restaurants or bars.
• Leadership in FF&E projects across concept to installation.
• Budgets, scheduling and team coordination experience.
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire FF&E process from concept development to final installation.
• Craft and present cohesive design concepts, mood boards and material palettes.
• Produce thorough specifications and documentation for projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure delivery to the highest standard.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams to source and deliver FF&E items.
