As a Senior Support Worker at Thera, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will assist the Senior Management Team in developing support plans, setting goals & objectives, ensuring health and safety, and mentoring Support Workers.

Using a person-centred approach, you will help create innovative ways to support individuals in achieving their personal goals. Support will vary based on each person's ambitions and may include developing new skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping with planning and managing their own homes, and supporting leisure, interests, and travel activities.

• Previous experience in social care is essential; a senior role experience is desirable.
