Job description

Wolfson College, University of Oxford, wishes to appoint a professional, friendly and confident Senior Fees and Battels Accounts Assistant. The post is full time and permanent with a six months’ probationary period.

The main areas of responsibility will include student fees, college member accounts, other accounting assistance, and helping with projects carried out in the Accounts Department as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an accounts department and have an in-depth understanding of accounts and debits and credits. They will have excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word and databases and strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in College activities, flexible and collaborative approach to duties and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships are key.
