We are recruiting for individuals to join our global Pre-Award Feasibility group as a Senior / Feasibility Strategy Leader. The team is open to candidates with experience working across all phases of clinical trial feasibility. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Feasibility, this position can be homebased in the EMEA region.

The Senior / Feasibility Strategy Leader functions as a key contributor to the proposal team to support Parexel in winning new business. They are responsible for delivering, in collaboration with Patient Recruitment Strategy (PRS) and Site Alliance (SA) groups, an optimized integrated strategic approach to deliver the right countries, sites, and patients for Request for Proposals (RFPs) on all types and phases of studies including programs. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and time management skills, to ensure completion of all deliverables within required timelines meeting proposal team needs. Strong analytical and writing skills are a pre-requisite to adopt a data-driven approach to feasibility and deliver clear, concise proposal texts.

You will need:

• Ideally educated to at least a Bachelor of Science level or in Nursing, or with a Masters, MD, PhD
• Relevant clinical research experience in management of international clinical trials
• Prior project leadership, or site-based study coordination experience
• Demonstrated expertise in feasibility requirements
• Previous exposure to development of clinical trial strategy, modeling of enrollment scenarios, and selection of countries/sites
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Extensive prioritization skills; capable of resolving conflicting priorities to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to influence others
• Creative problem-solving skills supporting a client-focused approach
