Condé Nast in London is seeking a Senior Fashion Editor (Operations) to oversee fashion content across Vogue, Glamour UK, and related platforms. You will lead editorial execution, coordinate shoots, and manage both global and local logistics while supporting e‑commerce and special projects.

The role reports to the Deputy Director, Global Fashion Network, with ~80% Vogue and ~20% Glamour UK responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create fashion ideas that span digital, video, print, e‑commerce and events.
• Lead fashion execution for editorial and special projects, coordinating RTW and accessories.
• Manage global and local shoot logistics, workflow, cupboard/closet organization, carnet management, and brand liaison.
• Supervise Fashion Assistant(s) and coordinate shoot requirements.
• Collaborate with market teams, stylists, and collaborators, incorporating brand/designer looks.
• Oversee local and global Vogue shoots in partnership with teams.
• Discover new design talent and stay updated on brand initiatives.
• Collaborate within the Global Fashion Network on editorial and special projects as needed.
• Strategize and support brand initiatives like Vogue World, Vogue Cafe, Vogue Festive Calendar and Vogue Collaborations.
• Attend press appointments and maintain strong relationships with PR teams and senior brand leadership.

The Senior Fashion Editor (Operations) is a member of the Global Fashion Network and is responsible for creating, advising and executing fashion content across the brand and its platforms, including print, digital, video, social. They also lend their fashion and operational expertise to e-commerce projects, brand initiatives and special events.
