Senior Family Support Worker
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lancashire County Council's Early Help service as a Senior Family Support Worker, based in Fylde & Wyre.
Senior Family Support Workers are experienced operational frontline delivery staff, holding a blend of direct service delivery responsibilities alongside some frontline supervision of lower graded delivery staff. There are three types of Senior Family Support Workers, each with a different focus regarding supporting aspects of the service delivery offer.
In line with the level and complexity of the posts, all Senior Family Support Workers will be full-time employees. Some occasional involvement in evening and/or weekend delivery sessions may be required to meet the needs of families.
