eNL Legal is recruiting a Family Solicitor for their Northamptonshire team. The role involves managing a varied caseload of family matters, handling divorce, children issues, and prenuptial agreements, with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.

The candidate will work under the head of department, contribute to business development, and help strengthen the firm’s standing in the local market. 5+ years PQE preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in privately funded family matters including divorce, children, and settlements.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive family issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Willingness to develop business and promote the firm in the Northamptonshire market.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters.
• Work closely with the head of department to grow the team’s market presence.
• Advise clients on divorce, prenuptial agreements, children matters and civil partnerships.
