You will join an established Family team, handling complex matrimonial cases, and collaborating with specialists across the firm to drive the Birmingham practice forward.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on private divorce and financial matters.
• Handling high-value or complex matrimonial cases.
• Excellent client relationships and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to develop practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
• Oversee complex financial settlements with substantial assets.
• Handle divorce/separation matters for high-net-worth individuals.
• Negotiate financial settlements and advise on matrimonial issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and professional referrers.
• Collaborate with national Family specialists across the firm's offices.
• Contribute to growth of the Birmingham Family practice.
