Job Description:

This successful Family Law Team is currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor to be involved in a variety of family law matters. You will be involved in a range of work including:

• Providing advice to clients on financial provision upon separation and divorce, and acting for clients in child-related matters such as residence and contact disputes, child relocation applications, and child abduction petitions.
• Drafting financial settlement agreements, pre- and post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements.
• Drafting pleadings and conducting advocacy in sheriff court litigation.
