The firm is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee and expand the family department. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the direction, strategy, and operations of a growing firm that has national coverage across the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and growth of the family department,
• Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices to ensure high performance.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimise efficiency and impact.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Represent the department in meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
