Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment seeks a Senior Family Solicitor to lead its Kent office as Branch Manager, overseeing a private family law caseload and developing the team. The role offers autonomy, strong support, and a path to shaping the firm's regional presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE in private family law.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kent office as Branch Manager and drive growth of the family law team.
• Manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, including divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
• Develop the team and strengthen the firm's regional presence to support continued growth.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain high professional standards.
