Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Family Law.
• Strong experience handling privately funded family matters.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent technical knowledge across family law disciplines.
• Commercially aware with strong business development capabilities.
• Strong client care and relationship management skills.
• Experience mentoring or developing junior colleagues.
• Ambitious and motivated to grow a team and office.
• A proactive leader who enjoys taking ownership and responsibility.
