Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited seeks a qualified Family Solicitor to join its Solihull team. You will manage a broad Family caseload, spanning divorce, financial remedies and children work, with opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and influence department growth.

You will be involved in networking and business development to build relationships within the local professional community, while taking ownership of your matters from instruction to resolution.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Family Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE.
• Experience managing a broad Family caseload.
• Experience across financial and children matter areas.
• Mentoring or supervising junior lawyers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad Family caseload (divorce, financial remedy, private children).
• Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to department development.
• Engage in networking, business development and relationships within the local professional community.
