Senior Family Solicitor

A Senior Family Solicitor with approximately 5 years is required by a leading family team dealing with a range of client including high net worth clients from their Hampshire based Family Team. The office is commutable from Southampton, Romsey, Winchester, Eastleigh, Basingstoke and Fareham.

A Partner led family department employing some of the region's most talented lawyers forming part of a wider and successful law firm providing a variety of legal services to clients.

The Role
This Senior Family Solicitor role will enable a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Family Solicitor with a strong pedigree of family training from a leading law firm to progress under the guidance of the Family Partners.
Working under the Partners and dealing with all aspects of privately funded Family Law work to include Divorce, Separation, Co-habitation, Pre-nuptial Agreement, Ancillary Relief and Financial Settlements involving shares, property, businesses, land and pensions.

The Candidate
The Family Solicitor will have their own legal secretary and support of the marketing team when developing business.

Salary dependent upon experience.
