Qualifications

• Senior Family Solicitor with 5+ PQE at Associate/Senior Associate level or Family Partner.
• Able to manage matters independently with sound judgment.

• Commercially aware and interested in business development.
• Collaborative and proactive approach.
• Resolution membership and/or Collaborative Law training advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sophisticated family law caseload including high-net-worth divorces.
• Handle complex financial remedy proceedings with substantial assets.
• Advise on children matters and family law disputes.
• Engage in client relationship building and business development.
• Contribute to department growth and progression toward Partnership.

The Opportunity

You’ll manage a sophisticated family law caseload:

• Divorce and separation for high-net-worth individuals
• Complex financial remedy proceedings with substantial assets
• High-net-worth and complex asset cases
• Children matters and family law disputes
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

You’ll advise clients during genuinely challenging periods, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the department’s growth. The pathway to Partnership is clear and realistic.
