Job summary

Community Care Live is seeking an Advanced Social Work Practitioner for the Family Help service in the Dudley area. You will coordinate assessments and co-ordinate plans for families, drawing on multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality support.

You will supervise, model practice, coach staff and contribute to the Centre for Professional Practice. Ideally you will hold the Practice Educator Award and be willing to work towards it, helping to raise standards across our

Qualifications

• Qualified social worker with registration and child welfare experience.
• Experience in ASYE supervision or willingness to train.
• Ability to lead practice in children’s services.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor junior staff through reflective supervision.
• Collaborate with Centre for Professional Practice to sustain best outcomes.
