The Wensum Trust seeks a Senior Facilities Officer (Capital & Compliance) to lead statutory compliance, capital project coordination and estate delivery across our schools in Norwich. You will support the Head of Facilities and act as the trust's compliance lead, ensuring safety, standards and future readiness of our sites.

The Senior Facilities Officer (Capital & Compliance) supports the Head of Facilities in delivering a safe, compliant, efficient and future ready estate across the Trust. The role provides operational leadership for statutory compliance, Trust-wide monitoring, and capital project coordination, ensuring all schools meet the expectations of:

• DfE School Estate Management Standards (2025)

• Education Estates Strategy (2026)

• Good Estate Management for Schools (GEMS)

• Building Safety Act requirements

• Trust policies and procedures

The postholder acts as the Trust's compliance lead and capital delivery coordinator, bridging the gap between strategic estate planning and operational site management.
