Job summary

Royal High School Bath is seeking a Senior Facilities Officer to support the Facilities Manager in delivering secure, safe and well-maintained school facilities. You will collaborate with the estates team to uphold GDST standards and safeguard students.

The successful candidate will have facilities experience, team supervision, and strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a genuine commitment to girls’ education and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities or related field.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to collaborate and take initiative.
• Commitment to girls' education and safeguarding.
• Experience in an educational or community setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager in delivering the school’s facilities services.
• Ensure the school is secure, safe and well maintained.
• Work with the estates team to uphold the GDST standards.
• Contribute to safeguarding and compliance in daily operations.
