We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead and inspire a high-profile portfolio of assets, including trophy buildings, in Oxford District. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a demanding environment where first impressions and performance matter.

• Supporting P&L responsibilities, including budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Ensuring flagship buildings are maintained to the highest standards—visually, operationally, and experientially
• Leading and motivating on-site teams, fostering a culture of ownership, pride, and accountability
• Driving service excellence, compliance, and contractor performance
• Enhancing efficiency and innovating service delivery in a fast-paced environment
