Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused Senior Facilities Manager to lead a high-profile portfolio of trophy buildings in Hemel Hempstead. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards, and leading on-site teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting P&L responsibilities, including budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Maintaining flagship buildings to the highest standards—visually, operationally, and experientially
• Leading and motivating on-site teams to foster a culture of ownership and accountability
• Driving service excellence, ensuring compliance, and managing contractor performance
• Enhancing efficiency and innovating service delivery in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a small, high-quality portfolio, preferably within commercial or trophy assets
• Exceptional people management skills with the ability to lead, coach, and empower teams
• A proactive leader comfortable making strategic decisions
• Experience handling budgets and contributing to P&L strategies
• Attention to detail in operational and presentation standards
