We re recruiting for a brand–new Facilities Manager Blackpool s leading retail and leisure destination.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned facilities management professional to take ownership of operations at a flagship, customer–facing site.

The role offers:

• Full responsibility for the day–to–day operational management of a prominent destination

• Oversight of maintenance, security, health & safety compliance, and service contracts

• Leadership of an on–site team, with a focus on performance, motivation, and service delivery

• Regular liaison with tenants, contractors, and senior stakeholders

• A key role in driving efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence

We re looking for someone who:

• Brings solid experience in facilities management within retail, leisure, or similarly dynamic environments

• Shows confident leadership, a hands–on approach, and a proactive mindset
