We re recruiting for a brand–new Facilities Manager Blackpool s leading retail and leisure destination.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned facilities management professional to take ownership of operations at a flagship, customer–facing site.
The role offers:
Full responsibility for the day–to–day operational management of a prominent destination
Oversight of maintenance, security, health & safety compliance, and service contracts
Leadership of an on–site team, with a focus on performance, motivation, and service delivery
Regular liaison with tenants, contractors, and senior stakeholders
A key role in driving efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence
We re looking for someone who:
Brings solid experience in facilities management within retail, leisure, or similarly dynamic environments
Shows confident leadership, a hands–on approach, and a proactive mindset
Can manage budgets, service charge accounts, and contractor relationships effectively
Is passionate about creating a safe, well–maintained, and welcoming environment for all visitors
