The Opportunity

The Facilities Management team consists of Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineers with a strong appreciation of both technical and consultancy aspects, working across various sectors. We seek someone with this blended technical knowledge to join our Bristol team, providing specialist advice on all aspects of building aftercare, including Strategic and Financial Planning, Technical Services, and Operational Support. You will deliver technical excellence and sustainable high-performance solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality results
  • Understanding client objectives and developing solutions to meet them, including sustainable project implementations
  • Producing deliverables such as technical solutions, reports, drawings, scopes of work, and specifications

Is this role right for you?

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a background in engineering within building services or property management, working in maintenance, managing, or consulting roles
  • Possess knowledge of sustainable, low-carbon solutions
  • Are Degree or HND/C qualified
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence
  • Are working towards Chartered Engineer status with an industry body such as CIBSE
