Senior Facades Quantity Surveyor – Oak, Uxbridge

What you will be doing:

• Attend tender handover meetings and manage all relevant cost information.
• Formulate contract budgets from tender data and forecast profit/loss.
• Monitor budgets monthly and update for ongoing works.
• Provide interim cost/value reconciliation and monitor project cashflows using Oracle.
• Prepare and agree interim payments and final accounts, including measurement.
• Procure subcontractors, agree rates, and manage subcontract documentation.
• Implement subcontract payment controls and evaluate variations and claims.
• Record verbal instructions with cost/time implications for recovery.
• Maintain site progress records, including photographs, drawings, and data.
• Report delays, submit notices, and manage prolongation costs.
• Coordinate with departments to improve communication and project outcomes.

About You:

• Strong commercial and technical knowledge.
• Proven management of commercial staff across multiple sites.
• Experience in residential and commercial construction sectors.
• Leadership qualities and safety awareness.

• Solid contract knowledge, including JCT and industry standards.
• Experience with BMS, health and safety policies, and PLC procedures.
