Hunter Dunning is seeking a Senior Facade Engineer in Colchester to lead facade engineering projects across all RIBA stages within a multidisciplinary team, offering hybrid working and long-term career development.

The successful candidate will deliver compliant facade solutions, perform performance analyses, attend client meetings, support procurement and proposals, and stay updated on UK regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering facade engineering projects across RIBA work stages.
• Strong knowledge of UK facade regulations and standards.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across design disciplines.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills in professional settings.
• Professional membership or chartership progression is advantageous.
• Knowledge of EWS1 and cladding compliance is beneficial.
• Commercial awareness supporting bids and proposals.
