The Senior Designer will play a critical role in leading the design process for facade projects, from concept through to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to develop detailed designs that align with project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Leading the design process for façade projects, ensuring designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Managing design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in facade design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Excellent understanding of facade systems, materials, and industry standards.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, architects, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to lead design projects, manage a team, and deliver on tight deadlines.
