Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced Senior Façade Consultant to join a leading global property and consultancy business on a hybrid basis.

You will lead façade projects, manage client communications and ensure technical quality across diverse schemes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of façade systems, UK standards and the ability to produce high-quality technical reports while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems (curtain walling, rainscreen, glazing, masonry).
• Good grasp of UK façade standards and industry guidance.
• Experience producing technical reports and client presentations.
• Understanding of façade defects, remediation solutions, and failure mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver façade consultancy projects from start to finish.
• Oversee inspections, condition surveys and technical assessments.
• Prepare and review detailed technical reports and client documentation.
• Support due diligence, acquisition surveys and building condition assessments.
• Communicate with clients, architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
