Sunny Days Children’s Nursery is seeking experienced Early Years Practitioners, Room Leaders, and those ready to advance into leadership roles across our Calne, Lyneham and Fynamore settings. We value teamwork, high standards, and a commitment to safeguarding while offering a clear development route and regular leadership coaching.

We provide structured training, opportunities to progress to Room Leader, Deputy, and management roles, plus external coaching and ongoing support from nursery

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified or above
• Experienced in an early years setting
• Reliable and organised
• Confident working as part of a team
• Interested in supporting and developing other people
• Willing to learn and open to feedback
• Ambitious about their own career in early years
