We are looking for a talented Senior External Producer to join our dynamic team and help us manage our external publishing efforts and internal porting teams.

Job Description: As a Senior External Producer, you will oversee the publishing process of our games with external partners and manage our internal porting teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring successful project completion, managing porting to various platforms, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting deadlines. You will liaise with the Head of Product and Studios to manage expectations and communicate any risks to the delivery pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. External Development Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external development partners. Monitor and report on their performance to the Head of Product and Studios.
2. Internal Porting Team Management: Lead and manage internal porting teams to ensure successful adaptation of games to different platforms. Set clear goals and expectations. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Track budgets and invoices for freelance staff.
3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with development, marketing, and QA teams to ensure alignment. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the publishing and porting processes.

Qualifications:
