Russam is seeking an experienced Senior External Affairs Advisor to lead its external affairs function, strengthening relationships with government, ministers, industry and other stakeholders. You will oversee stakeholder engagement, manage reputational risks, prepare senior briefings and ensure clear, consistent communications across the organisation.

A key priority is developing a small team of External Affairs Advisors, overseeing workloads, performance and quality of communications.

Formación

• Experience in external affairs, government relations or stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written communication skills and political judgement.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the external affairs function and manage a team of three External Affairs Advisors.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, briefings and communications across the organisation.
• Contribute to parliamentary responses, stakeholder briefings and media enquiries.
• Deputise for the External Affairs Lead when required and provide sound advice to senior colleagues.
