Job summary

TECOSIM UK is seeking two Senior Project Leaders to drive Body in White (BiW) and Exteriors programmes for luxury automotive production. You will lead senior engineers, own engineering delivery, and act as the primary interface with customer stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-profile programmes.

Ideal candidates have extensive automotive leadership experience, strong project management and stakeholder skills, and familiarity with CATIA and Teamcenter.

Qualifications

• Significant automotive engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineers or multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong programme and project management capability.
• Customer-facing experience within an engineering environment.
• Experience managing engineering changes and technical issue resolution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working on premium-brand vehicle models.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support a team of Lead Engineers.
• Own the delivery of engineering activities within your area of responsibility.
• Act as the key interface between customer stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Drive engineering change activities from concept through to implementation.
• Lead technical problem-solving and issue resolution activities.
• Manage programme timing, budgets, risks and resource planning.
• Coordinate suppliers and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives; chair project reviews and technical meetings.
• Present project status, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery against quality, timing and cost targets.
