Raw Selection is a genuine executive search firm, one of only two in Leeds. We work exclusively with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies across Europe and North America. We partner with Private Equity firms on searches across our two divisions.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting CEO, CFO, and COO searches for acquired companies
• Recruiting investment and back-office professionals for Private Equity firms

Since 2017, we have experienced continuous growth and are looking to add talented and experienced recruiters aligned with our strategic initiatives.

We operate a 180 model, focusing on winning new business and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for securing and maintaining long-term client relationships, delivering on searches, closing deals, and negotiations.

Our platform is designed to elevate experienced recruiters from good to great

• Candidate sourcing, research, and interviewing within a true 180 model
• CV formatting and job specs creation handled by our marketing team
• Target client research and email finding managed by our admin team
