Purpose of the Role

As a Senior Paid Search Executive, your role will be to ensure best-in-class delivery across the team’s portfolio of clients, working closely with your manager and the rest of your team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your Paid Search campaigns as well as supporting, coaching, and mentoring junior team members to produce work to the highest standards, aligned with agency values.

Success will be measured through meeting and exceeding client targets, both in terms of results and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Account quality will be assessed via internal audit scores. You will also produce case studies to showcase your work and demonstrate excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing paid search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations of paid search campaigns, including setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting.
  3. Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to internal teams and clients.
  4. Support the Paid Search Manager in client communication, campaign planning, and strategic recommendations/optimizations, adhering to Dentsu’s QA policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with clients, internal planning teams, and platform representatives to drive top performance.

Qualifications + Skills:

  1. Experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  2. Proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; experience with SA360 or international search engines is a bonus.
  3. Strong understanding of paid search principles and best practices.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
