Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients to collect overdue payments.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, email, and visits (if needed).
• Work with sales, accounts, and legal teams to solve any issues related to payment delays.
• Handle difficult or long-pending cases.
• Keep detailed records of recovery activities.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
• Ensure all collection activities follow company policy and legal rules.
