We are seeking a highly organised Senior Executive Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Senior Leadership Team. This is fast-paced role which requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, including for Board Meetings.
Manage internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
Support company events and executive presentations.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
About You:
Background in a senior administrative or PA role.
Initiative-taking, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
