Job Description – Senior Executive Assistant

Location: Bristol (1 day a week) & Hybrid

Reports to: Head of Family Office / Group CEO

Company: Accquis Group Limited

Salary: £7.3k-£9.3k (£50k-£70k pro-rata FTE)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Family Office. This is not a traditional scheduling role – the successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, handling high-level relationships, executing projects, and ensuring organisational alignment across multiple business units.

The role requires strong business acumen, excellent technology skills, and the ability to quickly absorb knowledge in order to deliver on complex tasks, ranging from global immigration requirements to recruitment projects and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, investors, brokers, regulators, and partners.
  • Maintain and optimise Monday.com as the Group’s project and activity tracker, ensuring accurate reporting and accountability across teams.
  • Draft, coordinate and manage documentation for sensitive projects, including US Visa applications and international compliance processes.
  • Support recruitment activities, including candidate tracking, onboarding, and liaising with agencies.
  • Oversee internal workflows, ensuring follow-through on strategic tasks and organisational priorities.
  • Provide research, briefing notes, and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Represent the executive office with discretion, professionalism, and commercial awareness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations Manager in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Monday.com, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Commercial mindset, able to interpret business needs and take initiative to solve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
