We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Executive Administrator to provide strategic, high-level support to senior executives and their teams. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills. You’ll be the operational backbone of the business group—managing executive calendars, coordinating international travel, driving reporting cycles, and supporting decision-making through financial and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and communications across multiple time zones

  • Coordinate multi-leg international travel and logistics with frequent changes

  • Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for key meetings

Business Analysis & Reporting
  • Compile and analyse business data to support strategic decisions

  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations aligned with brand standards

  • Work with analysts to ensure data accuracy and insight generation

  • Track department expenses and manage budget reallocations

Project & Event Management
  • Lead coordination of internal programs, client events, and conferences

  • Support rollout of new initiatives and standardisation of processes

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across support and professional teams

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency

  • Recommend business alternatives and support planning through to execution

  • Maintain integrity of employee data and support HR-related administration
