About the Role

As a member of our FX Hub Technology Team, the Senior Technology Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and managing the delivery of solutions aligned with our strategic vision.

The Applications Development Technology Senior Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The main goal is to lead systems analysis and programming activities.

About FX Hub

FX Hub is the centralized order management system used for capture, enrichment, and routing of all Securities Services FX orders across Citi’s custody network.

Securities Services FX is a business line within the Execution Services department of Citi’s Securities Services division. There is a joint venture between Markets FX and Securities Services FX.

Responsibilities:

• Lead integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products, and improve processes
• Analyze complex business and system processes, industry standards to develop solutions
• Provide expertise in application programming, plan large budgets, and manage cross-functional projects
• Develop methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Leverage advanced knowledge of system flows and multiple areas to meet technology goals
• Consult with end users to define system specifications and incorporate them into designs
• Assign work and mentor developers, analysts, and new team members
• Negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external parties
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensure compliance, and escalate issues transparently

Qualifications:

• Strong IT development background with skills in .Net or Java
• Strong architecture, design, and development skills
• Leadership experience
• Experience managing teams of 10+ members
• Financial services domain experience, preferably in Custody, Asset Servicing, or FX
• Experience managing large projects
• Team building and management skills
• Ability to work in a virtual, culturally diverse team
• Proven project management skills
• Technical skills: .NET, C#, T-SQL, SQL Server, Kafka, Microservices, API

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred
