Qualifications

• Proven EW experience designing and architecting Electronic Warfare systems in defence contexts.
• Depth in at least one core domain (RF/Electronics, DSP, FPGA, Systems Architecture or Embedded Software).
• Strong understanding of modern threat systems and defence operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and architecture across EW projects, bids, and product development.
• Lead end‑to‑end design and integration of EW solutions across software, RF/hardware, DSP, FPGA, and systems engineering.
• Shape technology strategy in collaboration with product managers and leadership.
• Mentor engineers and potentially lead a team of engineering leads.
