Job summary

The Senior Consultant role involves design, execution, and communication of complex evidence reviews, with opportunities to shape methodologies and contribute to business

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in epidemiology, pharmaceutical sciences, public health, biostatistics, or related health sciences.
• 5+ years of professional experience in evidence synthesis, including systematic/targeted literature reviews, and HTA/JCA support.
• Strong understanding of systematic review methodology with ability to resolve issues with limited oversight.
• Experience in client meetings, presenting findings, and contributing to proposals is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage systematic and targeted literature reviews, and evidence reviews supporting HTA/JCA submissions.
• Shape and review methods: research questions, PICOs, eligibility, data extraction, quality assessment.
• Provide senior methodological input on evidence relevance, gaps, and implications for clients.
• Synthesize findings across studies and translate results into client reports and presentations.
• Lead defined workstreams, coordinate timelines, deliverables, and junior team members; maintain client communication.
• Contribute to proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and business development.
• Support AI-enabled evidence review approaches with quality-control processes.

Education
