This prestigious US law firm, with a strong business development and marketing presence in Europe, is recruiting a Senior Events Planner to join the London office. As the only events professional in London, the role offers a unique opportunity to play a strategic and advisory role, leading and delivering high-profile events across London, Europe, and APAC whilst also having the support of a 16-member global events team spanning the US East and West Coast.

Located in a stunning office with panoramic city views, this role offers the chance to bring creativity and flair to internal events, including seasonal parties and charity initiatives.





Key Duties Include:






    \tOrganise major firmwide events including the Annual Partner Meetings, C-suite roundtables and the EU conference.
    \tManage corporate hospitality including ski retreats and team offsites
    \tLead on organising intimate private dinners and networking receptions
    \tEstablish relationships with vendors including hotels, restaurants and external venues
    \tMonitor ROI to maximise value across all events





Although this is a standalone role based in London, you will work closely in collaboration with the wider team so will have a degree of autonomy as well as support. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing events within professional services.
