Job Description:

We are not just your average health company; we're aiming to revolutionise access to healthcare in the UK by offering innovative health and wellbeing solutions that are affordable, accessible, and effective. From preventive care to comprehensive medical support, we aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health, inspiring them to make the most of their wellbeing. Additionally, we're the first health insurer in the UK to be awarded B-Corp status in recognition of our significant achievements in sustainability, alongside our environmental and social responsibility goals.

Our Events Team offers a diverse range of events, including dinners, gala balls, awards, hospitality, seminars, exhibitions, charity events, festivals, and week-long conferences. Traveling across the UK and Europe, our team manages the entire event lifecycle from conception to completion. Reporting to the Events Manager, this hands-on role involves meticulous planning, on-site logistics (including AV support), as well as hosting and participating in sporting events.

We're seeking a professional, outgoing, approachable, positive, organized, and physically capable individual with excellent time management and attention to detail. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing multiple projects and a belief that success comes from a 'Whatever it takes' attitude.

  • Host and manage events, liaising with staff, venues, speakers, and suppliers.
  • Manage event attendance, creating support materials to boost participation.
  • Ensure the safe delivery of all event collateral and equipment, including stage setup and AV troubleshooting.
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies to ensure clear communication and successful event execution.
  • Research and source speakers to meet event objectives.
  • Create evaluation surveys to monitor campaign success and provide reports to leadership.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt event strategies accordingly.
