Events Manager – 12 month FTC maternity cover role in a popular international law firm with a great culture

This international law firm is a leader in the TMT sector, working with numerous international blue-chip clients. The marketing and business development team is close-knit with a positive culture. The firm is seeking a Senior Events Executive to cover maternity leave for 12 months, starting as soon as possible.

As a Senior Events Executive, you will be part of a busy and friendly team, responsible for:

1. Planning and delivering the firm’s events programme in the UK, including seminars, conferences, and hospitality events.
2. Project managing your own events from start to finish.
3. Implementing communication plans to promote each event.
4. Collaborating with the business development team to maximize event outcomes.
5. Analyzing ROI and gathering feedback on events.
6. Preparing event budgets.
7. Supporting the Events Manager in reviewing and improving processes for greater efficiency.

Candidates should have solid experience in managing large-scale events within professional services, be available for an immediate start, and possess strong project management skills along with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
