Our client, a leading US law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Events Specialist to join their London office on an 8-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, international team and take ownership of a broad range of events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of client-facing and internal events, including seminars, roundtables, receptions, and sponsorship activations
  • Work closely with partners, fee earners, and the wider business development team to align event strategy with business goals
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, supplier liaison, guest list management, invitations, RSVPs, and on-the-day delivery
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and maximise event impact
  • Track event performance and ROI, providing post-event analysis and recommendations
  • Maintain and update event calendars, budgets, and reporting tools
About You
  • Previous experience in a law firm is essential
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events in a fast-paced, client-focused setting
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
