Job summary

Got The T-Shirt in Leeds is seeking a Senior Events & Activations Project Manager to own complex brand events from brief to live delivery, coordinating budgets, timelines and client expectations. You will lead a mix of brand, community and experiential projects for consumer and lifestyle brands, with responsibility for budgets and supplier management.

This role requires proven agency experience, the ability to independently own projects, and line management of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering events, activations or experiential work, ideally within an agency environment.
• A track record of independently owning complex projects.
• Confidence managing budgets, suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience managing or mentoring other people.
• The ability to stay calm, make decisions and work out what needs to happen next.

Responsibilities

• Leading events and activations from initial brief through to delivery and wrap-up
• Building and managing project plans, timings, budgets and P&Ls
• Coordinating creative, client service, production teams and external suppliers
• Managing event logistics, production requirements, RAMS and method statements
• Keeping clients and internal teams informed and projects moving
• Building strong supplier relationships and solving problems quickly when plans change
• Line managing and developing junior members of the team
