Job description

If you’ve got a solid background in delivering pharmaceutical events and are looking for your next step in a dynamic, people-focused agency, this could be just the role for you.

We’re looking for a Senior Events Account Manager to join a busy and collaborative team working across medical accounts. You’ll be the go-to for planning and delivering a variety of healthcare-related events – from advisory boards and internal meetings to international congress activity – while keeping everything on track and ensuring excellent client service throughout.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of UK and international events, both in-person and virtual
  • Leading on venue sourcing, speaker logistics, delegate management, budgeting and supplier liaison
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their goals
  • Ensuring all event elements are fully compliant with industry codes (e.g., ABPI, EFPIA)
  • Overseeing on-site delivery and handling post-event reporting and audits
  • Collaborating closely with account teams and supporting on new business proposals

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working on pharmaceutical events – this is essential
  • Confident project management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Clear, friendly communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Good understanding of compliance and pharmaceutical industry regulations
  • Experience using registration platforms (e.g., Cvent)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and remain calm under pressure
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work onsite at events
