THE ROLE

The Senior Project Manager is the main point of contact for clients and is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of events, including:

• Developing new and existing client relationships
• Taking full briefs and understanding client requirements
• Pitching and presenting to clients
• Planning, organizing, and managing resources
• Sourcing and liaising with external suppliers, including DMCs and venues
• Overseeing delegate registration and logistics
• Managing the budget
• Managing onsite event delivery
• Leading and motivating junior team members

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have strong, senior-level experience in an event agency environment, with experience managing full project lifecycles in a client-facing role.

Experience mentoring and motivating junior team members is beneficial. You should be creative, hardworking, and open-minded to ensure exceptional event delivery.
